Our refund and returns policy lasts before the order is sent into production. If has proceeded into production, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify our company during the order submission, or during the artwork approval stages.
To complete your request to cancel an order, we require a written email statement of wishes to cancel the order before it goes into production.
Once your cancel request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation request.
If you are approved, then your refund (if you have been charged) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
